We are seeking a seasoned Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead our B2C+B2B Marketing strategy, focusing on lighthouse campaigns to accelerate basense User and Ambassador growth while establishing revenue streams through affiliate partnerships.
Job Requirements- Proven leadership experience in digital ventures with a minimum of 10 years of executive experience.
- A successful track record of growing influencer networks and ambassador programs.
- Experience in onboarding merchants and optimizing commercial metrics.
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales processes, with a passion for navigating complex systems.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, outcome-oriented mindset, and ability to drive innovation.
- Global experience in remote, decentralized teams, with a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Financial independence for the initial period of 3 to 6 months.
