We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Growth to join our team and contribute to our ambitious growth trajectory.

In this role, you will be instrumental in accelerating our expansion, developing and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

You will work closely with our senior leaders to identify opportunities for growth, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and optimize our product offerings to meet evolving customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading the Growth Team: Oversee and mentor a team of professionals in growth marketing, analytics, partnerships, and product innovation.
  • Developing and Implementing Growth Strategies: Craft and execute data-driven strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Product Development: Work closely with our product team to identify and prioritize features that enhance user experience and drive growth.
  • Managing Key Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, including payment providers, affiliates, and other strategic collaborators.
  • Driving Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities, optimize monetization strategies, and expand our market presence.
  • Overseeing Analytics and Performance Tracking: Develop and monitor KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

About You:

To succeed in this role, we believe you possess:

  • A university degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in growth-focused roles, preferably in tech or fintech.
  • Proven experience in scaling businesses within the financial or technology sectors, ideally at a licensed company.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
