">The Role of the Key Account Manager
">- Develop and execute account plans that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing content and external tactics.
- Proactively identify opportunities to build customer value and develop innovative solutions.
- Analyze and interpret data from CRM and other sources to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
">- Establish network and lead trusted relations with relevant healthcare professionals and key decision-makers within Lung cancer.
- Partner closely and collaborate with the cross-functional team for the overall strategy, the marketing content creation, and the external tactics.
- Analyze and interpret partners' strategies/plans and data from CRM and other relevant sources.
- Connect and grow with the wider commercial team to share experiences, insights, and best practices.
Requirements for Success
">- A patient and customer-focused approach with a strong understanding of partner management principles.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, both internally and externally, with a proven track record of influencing and encouraging without authority.
- A results-driven mindset, motivated by challenges and opportunities in a competitive environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop insights and actions based on in-market analytics and market understanding.
Qualifications
">- A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent (required).
- Certified in LIF or minimum bachelor's degree with the license to sell pharmaceutical products, e.g., pharmacist, biomedicine, nurse, dentist, medical doctor, etc. (required).
- A minimum of three years of work experience in Sales within the Life Science industry (required).
- Experience within Pharmaceutical Sales (required).
- Proficient in the Swedish and English languages (required).
