The Role of the Key Account Manager

">
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers in the lung cancer market.
  • Develop and execute account plans that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing content and external tactics.
  • Analyze and interpret data from CRM and other sources to inform business decisions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to build customer value and develop innovative solutions.
  • Manage assigned budgets to execute tactical and account plans.
  • Foster connections and share best practices with the wider commercial team.

  • A patient and customer-focused approach with a strong understanding of partner management principles.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, both internally and externally, with a proven track record of influencing and encouraging without authority.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop insights and actions based on in-market analytics and market understanding.

Qualifications

">
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent (required).
  • Certified in LIF or minimum bachelor's degree with the license to sell pharmaceutical products, e.g., pharmacist, biomedicine, nurse, dentist, medical doctor, etc. (required).
  • A minimum of three years of work experience in Sales within the Life Science industry (required).
  • Experience within Pharmaceutical Sales (required).
  • Proficient in the Swedish and English languages (required).
