The Role of the Key Account Manager

">
  • Develop and implement account plans that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing content and external tactics.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to build customer value and develop innovative solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret data from CRM and other sources to inform business decisions.

Key Objectives

">
  • Establish network and lead trusted relations with relevant healthcare professionals and key decision-makers within Lung cancer.
  • Develop and execute account plans, based on acquired in-depth customer and market insights, as well as identifying unmet customer needs and potential value pools leading to the development of services and solutions.
  • Partner closely and collaborate with the cross-functional team for the overall strategy, the marketing content creation, and the external tactics.
  • Analyze and interpret partners' strategies/plans and data from CRM and other relevant sources.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop insights and actions based on in-market analytics and market understanding.

Qualifications

">
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent (required).
  • Certified in LIF or minimum bachelor's degree with the license to sell pharmaceutical products, e.g., pharmacist, biomedicine, nurse, dentist, medical doctor, etc. (required).
  • A minimum of three years of work experience in Sales within the Life Science industry (required).
  • Experience within Pharmaceutical Sales (required).
  • Proficient in the Swedish and English languages (required).
