Job Description

We seek a driven and strategic Sales Manager with a high technical understanding and a proven track record in scaling up technology companies. You have significant experience in B2B sales, and you excel in data-driven sales methodologies. Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans: Drive our sales strategy and expand our market presence to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
  • Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in the B2B sector, to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Optimize Sales Processes: Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize sales processes and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage Sales Activities: Oversee and optimize the use of our CRM system to manage sales activities, pipeline, and reporting.
  • Foster Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to build trust and loyalty.
  • Align Sales and Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Represent Flic: Represent Flic at industry events and trade shows to promote our products and network with potential clients.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in scaling up technology companies, with a track record of success in B2B sales.
  • Technical Understanding: High technical understanding in software and ideally also in hardware, with a strong proficiency in data-driven sales methodologies.
  • Business Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong proficiency in using HubSpot or similar.
  • Communication Skills: Professional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced and adaptive environment.

This position is for our office in Stockholm and at least half time in the office is expected.
