Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of facilities services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, to ensure that our clients' properties are well-maintained and meet their needs.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure that they are meeting their obligations and delivering high-quality services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of facilities professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure that facilities services are delivered efficiently and effectively, and that our clients' needs are met.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure that facilities services are delivered within budget and that our clients' financial interests are protected.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a large commercial organization.
- Proven track record of managing facilities services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of facilities professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Fluency in English and local language, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
