Site Facility Manager

Alstom is seeking a highly skilled Site Facility Manager to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our Facilities and Security department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our facilities in Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain facilities, including development, maintenance, and review of dedicated facilities and equipment within RE&S.
- Ensure health and safety (EHS) on the work site, actively participating in the management and follow-up of EHS issues.
- Contribute to and participate in FM-related projects.
- Manage and optimize space usage to ensure efficient use of facilities.
- Follow up and analyze energy consumption on various facilities.
- Ensure correct handling and monitoring of assets on relevant sites.
- Act as a safety coordinator for specific facilities, ensuring the protection of assets.
- Manage budgets, including procurement requests and handling of invoices.
- Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors to ensure smooth operation of facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Participate in and play a key role in the facility's crisis preparedness team.
- Candidate degree in Facility Management, technology, or a related field, or
- Yrkeshögskoleexamen in Facility Management
- Good understanding of building systems, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, landlords, contractors, and suppliers.
- Experience in coordinating contractors.
- Fluent Swedish (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English, as this is our corporate language.
