Job Description
We are looking for a Commercial Leader to drive our sales strategy in the Swedish rail market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on Rolling stock and service, but you will also have the opportunity to work on other parts of our portfolio.

Your Responsibilities:
* Work closely with customers to understand their needs and plans while building relationships with future customers to develop and offer our solutions.
* Support our customers in finding the best solution for them, based on our systems.
* Actively participate in the strategic work including market development, customer base, and customer offerings.
* Collaborate within an international team, working together with colleagues at headquarters.
* Initiate, coordinate, and lead the work in preparing offers until submission to the customer. This includes setting target prices based on market data.
* Provide support and advice to customers on service and maintenance of Rolling stock and based on the customer dialogue, prepare offers together with the team.
* We offer flexible working conditions, where you can balance work in the office with home office.
