Karma is a fast-growing company that aims to transform the way people think about food consumption. We are seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager to join our Operations Team in Stockholm.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new customers, ensuring their smooth transition into our product, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project lead customer onboarding from contract signing to completion
- Own the entire onboarding process, including educating personnel at the customer's location
- Work closely with customers to tailor our products to optimize their sales and operations
- Foster continuous communication with customers to ensure high retention rates
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles (sales, customer service, hospitality)
- Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and their applications
- Ability to work in both Swedish and English
