About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our Structural Heart Division in Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and account penetration within structural heart interventional cardiology in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the Swedish market.
  • Provide technical support to physicians and nurses during clinical procedures, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital staff.
  • Collaborate with the Division Manager to develop and implement account plans, driving growth and market share.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or master's degree in a relevant field, such as Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or Nursing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in medical device sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of cardiology and structural heart disease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
