Job Title: Customer Solution Owner

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solution Owner to join our team at Telia Company. As a Customer Solution Owner, you will be responsible for delivering customized IoT solutions to external customers, ensuring that their expectations are met during the delivery project and in operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation of customized IoT solutions and drive engagement to successful delivery.
  • Evaluate results with customers and continue to work with them to evolve the relationship into a powerful partnership.
  • Translate customer needs and business targets into technical requirements.
  • Define solution concepts and iterate them with customers, internal stakeholders, and partners.
  • Lead customer projects with structure and create necessary documents.
  • Assemble and manage virtual teams to onboard customers to Telia's IoT services.
  • Train customers on how to use our services efficiently.
  • Manage complex IoT bids.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience and recognized expertise in IoT, Telecom, or IT areas.
  • Experience working with long-term external customer relations, building trust, and transparency.
  • Experience with Cloud solutions and SaaS.
  • Basic understanding of Telco operations and business.
  • Experience from SW development, with a plus for experience from HW development.
  • Customer-oriented with strong business focus and eager to expand the business.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask with self-driven and proactive nature.
  • Personal and able to keep a positive attitude under stressful and changing circumstances.
  • University degree or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education.
  • Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English.
