Customer Solution Owner

As a Customer Solution Owner at Telia, you will play a crucial role in delivering customized IoT solutions to external customers. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that the solution meets the customer’s expectations during the delivery project and in operations. You will have full responsibility for the solution’s technical capabilities, as well as its financial profit and loss.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support IoT Sales to grow sales and establish/maintain market leadership within IoT
  • Collect all stakeholders together to evaluate, plan, and develop the solution
  • Translate customer needs and business targets into technical requirements
  • Define the solution concept and iterate it with customers, internal stakeholders, and partners
  • Lead customer projects with structure and take care of document creation
  • Assemble and manage the virtual team to onboard the customer to Telia’s IoT services
  • Train and show how customers can use our services most efficiently
  • Manage complex IoT bids

  • Customer-centric approach to generating ideas and solutions that address client needs and exceed their expectations
  • Product-oriented mindset to evolve the solutions towards more standardized components over time
  • Result-oriented approach to adjusting behavior quickly and effectively to meet goals, overcome obstacles, or resolve concerns
  • Flexible and result-oriented, with knowledge of both agile and waterfall project methodologies
  • Initiator who independently initiates activities and projects
  • Diplomatic team-player who shares information and expertise to achieve desired results

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience and recognized expertise in IoT/Telecom/IT areas
  • Experience working with long-term external customer relations, building trust and transparency
  • Experience of Cloud solutions and SaaS
  • Basic understanding of Telco operations and business
  • Experience from SW development, but also a plus with experience from HW development
  • Customer-oriented with strong business focus and eager to expand the business
  • Highly organized and able to multitask with self-driven and proactive nature
  • Personal and able to keep a positive attitude under stressful and changing circumstances
  • University degree/Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education
  • Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English
