Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our Customer IT team, responsible for developing and operating specialized IT solutions that create value for our customers. As a Tech Lead, you'll play a key role in enhancing our team's capabilities and working on customer-facing mobile apps.

You'll be part of a dynamic and interdisciplinary team, working closely with business colleagues to deliver top-notch technical solutions that meet our customers' needs. Your expertise in React Native, TypeScript, and mobile app development will be invaluable in driving our mobile app strategy forward.

As a Tech Lead, you'll be responsible for:

  • Enabling the best possible technical solution from an end-to-end customer experience perspective
  • Developing, iterating, and delivering product improvements with your peers and Product Owner
  • Ensuring solutions are robust and sustainable
  • Researching and suggesting innovative mobile solutions, applications, and protocols
  • Cultivating first-rate development practices to continuously ship high-quality features and improvements
  • Advocating and spreading modern agile software development methodologies and good standard engineering practices in your team and our developer communities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years of experience in React Native, TypeScript, Android, and iOS hybrid application frameworks, AzureDevOps, Git, Gitflow, and IT architecture knowledge
  • Fluent English language skills in writing and verbally
  • Preferable fluent Swedish language skills in writing and verbally
  • Familiarity with developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with multi-platform hybrid mobile development
  • Experience working with REST APIs and testing tools
  • A University degree in Information Technology and Engineering
