About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solution Owner to join our Customized Delivery & Life Cycle Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering customized IoT solutions to external customers, ensuring that their expectations are met during the delivery project and in operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation of customized IoT solutions and drive engagement to successful delivery
  • Evaluate results with customers and work with them to evolve the relationship into a powerful partnership
  • Translate customer needs and business targets into technical requirements
  • Define solution concepts and iterate with customers, internal stakeholders, and partners
  • Lead customer projects with structure and create relevant documents
  • Assemble and manage virtual teams to onboard customers to Telia's IoT services
  • Train customers on how to use our services efficiently
  • Manage complex IoT bids
Requirements
  • Strong drive for results and ability to work in changing environments
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Industry-specific experience in areas such as buildings, transport/logistics, automotive, telecom, or IT
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on generating ideas and solutions that address client needs
  • Product-oriented mindset with a focus on evolving solutions towards standardized components
  • Result-oriented with the ability to adjust behavior quickly and effectively to meet goals
  • Flexible and result-oriented with knowledge of agile and waterfall project methodologies
  • Initiator with the ability to independently initiate activities and projects
  • Diplomatic team-player with a strong focus on sharing information and expertise to achieve desired results
