About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Data & Technology Architect to join our Data & Analytics organization at Ikano Bank AB Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in defining and maintaining the target data architecture and technology landscape within the Data & Analytics domain.

Your primary responsibility will be to advance our Enterprise Data Platform on AWS and other platforms, enhancing their capabilities to drive innovation and growth. You will set the conceptual roadmap for how to move from the current state to the target and support and guide the initiatives required for the transition.

As a seasoned architect, you will have a strong business acumen, coupled with a deep understanding of our banking operations. You must possess the capability to translate business requirements seamlessly into innovative technology solutions. Effective presentation and communication skills within the Data & Analytics domain are paramount for success.

You will work closely with architects for other domains, the data governance function, delivery teams, and business representatives to ensure that the architecture for new initiatives are aligned with the Enterprise Architectural roadmap and overall Ikano guidelines and target architecture.

We are looking for a senior architect with wide experience, who has a strong understanding of solutions innovation. The ideal candidate has several years of experience working as a solution architect and has a passion for innovation, motivated by always looking for new technology trends, particularly in the data & analytics area.

You should have a minimum 5 years of experience in working with data / data technology architecture in an enterprise context, with experience in working with both Data (big data, DWH, data management, etc) and Analytics (BI, predictive, advanced). You should also have several years of successful professional experience in Architecture design and implementation of platforms.
