Our team is responsible for advancing the Distribution business area as a data-driven company, allowing us to optimize decision-making and investment planning. We are architecting:

• Full IT/OT convergence to ensure seamless data transfer in real-time
• Advanced solutions for real-time insights into grid performance, substations, and transmission lines to reduce maintenance costs
• Hyper-scalable and reliable IT infrastructure to meet Distribution's reliability and growth targets
• Secure market communication and open data sharing to support Europe's vision for an interconnected grid
• Strategic solutions to meet Distribution's strategic targets, including doubling electricity distribution and achieving high continuity

As a Business-facing Solution Architect, you will work closely with our team to ensure that technology supports our ambitious goals. You will have a solid understanding of IT security and will support Distribution in fit-for-purpose adoption.

Your Responsibilities

• You will join strategic projects to guide them into successful execution based on fit-for-purpose architecture
• You will consult and educate the Distribution business on IT strategy, integration strategy, data strategy, and more
• You will have a solid understanding of IT security and will support Distribution in fit-for-purpose adoption
• You will have Distribution domain knowledge to become the go-to point for advancing the IT landscape
• You will drive the adoption of data mesh in dialogue with business
• You will help grow Enterprise thinking and establish standards and architecture principles

Your Profile

We are looking for a seasoned Architect with experience in water or energy utilities, manufacturing, or automotive. You will have an academic degree in IT or a related field and have worked in an international environment. You will be comfortable communicating with both IT and non-IT colleagues and will have deep IT knowledge and experience with IT architecture and frameworks.

Location

This position is based in Sweden, with some travel to the office in Stockholm and occasional travel to Distribution locations.
