Job Description
The Sales and Marketing Leader will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base in Finland. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing a sales strategy that targets key industries and customer segments.
  2. Collaborating with the R&D team to identify new product opportunities and innovations.
  3. Fostering long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and teamwork.
  4. Organizing promotional events to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, engineering, or a related field.
  2. At least 8 years of experience in crane sales, with a strong understanding of the Finnish market.
  3. Strong technical and analytical skills, as well as problem-solving abilities.
  4. Open-mindedness, effective communication, and teamwork.
