Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth through effective account management.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quota targets and sustain long-term growth.
- Leverage industry expertise to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional value to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage support and enhance pipeline opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in selling complex business software or IT solutions.
- Proven track record in C-level conversations and negotiations.
- Strong understanding of cloud/SaaS solutions and ERP offerings.
- Demonstrated success in large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English.
Education and Skills:
- Masters degree or equivalent in a suitable field, with a focus on business process understanding.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with high creativity and innovation.
