Your Role and Responsibilities

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operation in Sweden and taking ownership of delivering high-quality services to supported business locations and clients. You will contribute to the global and regional roadmap and deliverables as part of the regional HR organization. Your team will consist of approximately 10 people, and you will be responsible for their well-being and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize HR services in Sweden, with a focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in projects related to new systems, process improvements, and labor laws, working closely with the team and stakeholders.
  • Apply a strong analytical approach to problem-solving, with a high degree of proactive behavior, result-orientation, and attention to deadlines.
  • Monitor and manage costs and budget.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Leadership experience in managing teams and a background in Payroll, Shared Service Operations, or HR (insourced or outsourced).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in broad HR services in an international organization, preferably in a manufacturing company.
  • Experience in process development and optimization, with knowledge of Project Management or Lean/Six Sigma.
  • Proficiency in SAP and strong skills in Excel, with experience working with Workday being a significant advantage.
