About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our Development Team in the creation of innovative IT solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the development of new functionalities in our current IT tools set up and implementing new solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development team in the creation of new IT solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies for application development, testing, and integration between systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Manage employee relations, develop, and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a sense of community among employees.
- Partner with the management team to develop, improve, and implement strategic people management initiatives.
- Plan and drive team meetings and technical meetings.
Requirements
- Documented experience working with system/application development and a good understanding of IT operations and Product Lifecycle Management practices.
- Experience with complex Product Lifecycle Management Systems, especially Teamcenter applications related to Engineering and a general understanding of Software Lifecycle Processes.
- Experience as a people manager, or other relevant leadership experience with personnel responsibility.
- Knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems.
- Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment methodologies.
- Experience in Agile project management methodologies.
- Other experience in relevant areas such as talent management, employee relations, human resources, team leading, company founding, start-up or scale-up, business administration, change management, process development, organizational management, staffing, business development, performance management, and/or similar.
- Strong communication, social, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- Fluency in English, fluency in Swedish is qualifying.
- Good Knowledge of DevOps and ITIL best practices.
