Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of HVDC PLM projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PLM processes and experience in managing projects that involve the implementation of new capabilities in the Siemens suite of tools.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage planning with business lead representatives and resolve challenges and changes in detail planning.
  • Understand business models and requirements to support technical development team members in interpreting actual needs.
  • Prepare technical project presentations and reports to the PLM Business Program.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with business stakeholders.
  • Manage parallel PLM implementation projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with project RACI organization and other stakeholders.
  • Apply project management practices like Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOPS process methodologies and the ITIL framework.
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international setting.

Your Background

  • Proven experience in managing projects that involve the implementation of new capabilities in the Siemens suite of tools.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and working closely with business stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing parallel PLM implementation projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project management practices and methodologies.
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international setting.
