About the Role

The Technical Project Manager in the operations team at HITACHI ENERGY SWEDEN AB is responsible for planning and coordinating the resources to deploy major system releases and maintenance releases within the predicted cost, time, and quality estimates.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the release process to ensure timely and successful deployments.
  • Create detailed plans for implementation and deployment as per the release schedule.
  • Provide weekly updates on release activities and ensure allocation of resources to every release.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders from IS/IT, business, and development projects.
  • Lead Go-Live activities for successful deployment of releases.
  • Schedule meetings to discuss release schedules with the team and identify potential roadblocks.
  • Manage planning and resolve challenges and changes in detail planning.
  • Prepare technical project presentations to stakeholders.

Your Background:

  • Proven experience in IS/IT/PLM operations or support.
  • Experience in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of an organization.
  • Experience in project management practices and adaptability to company-specific processes.
  • Good knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, IT infrastructure, and servers.
  • Goal-oriented, with leadership and technical-business acumen.
  • Proven experience from large multinational engineering/industry organizations.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international setting.
