  • Drive high performance in the Large Motors & Generators Division, aligned with global business standards, KPIs, and targets.
  • Represent HR within the broader business, building strong relationships with leaders, and providing expert guidance on HR matters.
  • Ensure that the organizational and people capabilities needed for future success are clearly identified and acted upon.
  • Use HR analytics to interpret key organizational trends and dynamics and turn insights into actionable strategies.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Several years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience working in a blue-collar-oriented environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands and work in cross-functional teams.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
