About the Role

As a Human Resources Country Partner for Sweden, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR operations for our Swedish, Finnish, and Ukrainian markets. This position requires a strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and collective bargaining agreements in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of HR strategies and operational direction for designated countries.
  • Develop and implement country-level labor strategies for wages and terms and conditions plans.
  • Support the development of programs and processes to enhance consistency in operations and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with HR representatives to identify trends and develop recommendations for continuous improvements.
  • Advise, coach, and counsel managers, employees, and HR staff on employee & labor relations issues.
  • Ensure equitable application of organization policies and procedures while applying sound knowledge of relevant employee and labor relations and applicable country compliance laws.
  • Provide guidance to management and HR representatives on the interpretation and administration of company policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of HR operations and services.
Requirements
  • BS or BA degree in a related field.
  • Experience leading HR operations support for manufacturing, field services, and business operations.
  • Multicounty EMEA HR leadership experience.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with Sweden employment law and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Ability to develop, deploy, and maintain aligned compliant HR programs and processes.
  • Ability to positively influence peers, managers, employees, and trade unions / works councils.
  • Ability to identify and drive alignment across complex groups and multiple countries while ensuring compliance.
