We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Services Product Line team in Vasteras, Sweden. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of our Services Product Line.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership to a team of Project Controllers and Cost Controllers, ensuring effective financial management and process optimization.
- Follow project controlling from tendering to cash collection, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with group guidelines.
- Ensure optimization of processes and drive changes towards group core model, improving financial efficiency and effectiveness.
- Present the Product line's results to the Nordics management and Nordics Finance Director, providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
- Ensure reporting compliance to group guidelines, maintaining high standards of financial accuracy and transparency.
- Advise and support the Finance Director Sweden, with a dotted line to Nordics, providing expert financial guidance and counsel.
- Ensure that all operational managers in the Product line receive adequate support from the finance organization, fostering a collaborative and effective working environment.
We value passion and attitude over experience, so we're looking for someone with a strong educational background in Finance, preferably an MBA or equivalent. You should have knowledge of performance monitoring and reporting, experience or understanding of financial management in a project-driven environment, and high proficiency in English and Swedish.
We're looking for someone with demonstrated experience with cash flow management and forecasting, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to lead through others. Experience in technical industries is considered a merit.
