About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Services Product Line in Vasteras, Sweden. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of our Services Product Line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to a team of Project Controllers and Cost Controllers
  • Follow project controlling from tendering to cash collection
  • Ensure optimization of processes and driving changes towards group core model
  • Present the Product line's results to the Nordics management and Nordics Finance Director
  • Ensure reporting compliance to group guidelines
  • Advising and supporting the Finance Director Sweden, with a dotted line to Nordics
  • Ensure that all operational managers in the Product line get the adequate support from the finance organization
About You

  • An MBA or equivalent educational background in Finance
  • Knowledge of performance monitoring and reporting
  • Experience or understanding of financial management in a project-driven environment
  • High proficiency in English and Swedish and effective communication
  • Demonstrated experience with cash flow management and forecasting
  • Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to lead through others
  • Experience in technical industries is considered a merit
