A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join our team at ABB in Västerås, Sweden. As a key member of our regional HR organization, you will be responsible for managing the operation in Sweden and delivering high-quality HR services to supported business locations and clients.
The successful candidate will be accountable for managing a team of approximately 10 people and will contribute to the global, regional, and local roadmap and deliverables. You will work closely with business stakeholders and other HR teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the HR operation in Sweden, ensuring delivery of high-quality services to supported business locations and clients.
- Lead a team of approximately 10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of HR services.
- Contribute to the global, regional, and local roadmap and deliverables, working closely with business stakeholders and other HR teams.
- Develop and implement processes to optimize HR services, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement solutions to improve HR services.
- Manage budgets and costs, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Leadership experience in managing teams and experience in Payroll, Shared Service Operations, or HR (insourced or outsourced).
- Minimum 5 years' experience with broad HR services in an international organization, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Experience with process development and optimization, including Project Management or Lean / Six Sigma.
- Experience with SAP and good skills in Excel, with an advantage if you have worked with Workday.
