Payroll Analyst

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst who will be responsible for processing payroll, performing audits, and reconciliations. Key duties include:

• Validating payroll outputs, including G2N/WTR Reports, pay slips, and time data reports.
• Supporting compliance-related tasks, ensuring third-party payments and reporting meet legal requirements.
• Maintaining accurate employee records, including voluntary and involuntary deductions.
• Preparing regular payroll reports and ad-hoc reports as necessary.
• Collaborating with the payroll vendor to improve processes and relationships.
• Documenting compliance and processes through written procedures.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of experience working in a Swedish payroll environment.
• Intermediate understanding of payroll terms and knowledge of Swedish payroll law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP and SuccesFactor are advantageous.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
