Payroll Specialist

• Analyze and validate payroll outputs (G2N/WTR Reports, pay slips, time data reports).
• Support compliance-related tasks related to payroll (ensure third-party payments/reporting is done as per legally required).
• Maintain employee records, including voluntary and involuntary deductions.
• Prepare regular payroll reports and ad hoc reports as needed.
• Work on stabilization/improving relationships with payroll vendor.
• Maintain written procedures documenting compliance and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Economic or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years' experience working in a Swedish payroll environment.
• Experience with SAP and SuccesFactor is positive.
• Intermediate understanding of payroll terms.
• Knowledge in Swedish payroll law.
• Great skills in Microsoft package, especially in Excel.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both speaking and written.
