We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Payroll and Employee Lifecycle operations in Sweden. As a key member of our regional HR organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our business locations and clients across all Service Lines.
Key Responsibilities- Manage operations in Sweden, ensuring timely delivery of HR services with an excellent customer service mindset.
- Develop and optimize processes, working closely with our global organization to implement best practices.
- Lead a team of approximately 10 people, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Participate in projects related to new systems, improvements, and new labor laws, ensuring a strong analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Monitor costs and budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Leadership experience in managing teams and a background in Payroll, Shared Service Operations, or HR (insourced or outsourced).
- Minimum 5 years of experience with broad HR services in an international organization, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Experience with process development and optimization, including Project Management or Lean/Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel, with experience in Workday a significant advantage.
