Job Overview



This position plays a crucial role in supporting the growth of our Enterprise Support customers by acting as a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud technologies and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to drive adoption and use of AWS services.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining close relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges, and providing advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity
  2. Proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS
  3. Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers

You will have the opportunity to work with talented cloud technologists, expanding your knowledge of AWS products and developing your technical, consulting, and leadership skills.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, Cloud Architect etc.
  2. Strong understanding of cloud technologies and operational parameters
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
