Opportunity Summary

This is an exceptional opportunity to grow your career as a Sales Representative in Germany. You will be working with a dynamic and innovative SaaS HR-tech startup, Hailey HR, as an Account Executive in Stockholm. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, client outreach, sales demos, and closing deals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Native German and excellent English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in HR, recruitment, leadership, or customer service is beneficial.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships.
  • Comfortable working with systems and eager to learn the HR-tech platform.
