Sales Excellence Strategist

As a Sales Excellence Strategist, you will join a highly successful and accomplished team at Bain & Company to support our strategic growth in the B2B Commercial Excellence practice. This role involves building GTM capabilities for our clients, understanding issues from a strategic perspective related to sales enablement and sales operations, and driving improved business outcomes.
The general scope of the role will include approximately 70%-80% of time serving clients, with the remaining 20%-30% focused on client development opportunities and capability building activities. You will work directly with practice stakeholders to define priorities and leverage learnings across geographies.
In this role, you will primarily work alongside our case teams in a client-serving capacity, responsibilities including leading work-streams and directing team resources accountable for a subset of engagement deliverables. You will also work in an active advisory capacity alongside teams in multiple client engagements, building relationships with client sales and operations leadership as peers.
You will identify, validate, and prioritize potential client development opportunities, attend/lead client updates and presentations highlighting your expertise and experience, and develop repeatable solutions to drive transformations with clients.
