Job Description:

The Chief Sales Strategist for Swedish Market Expansion will drive sales growth and market penetration within the assigned region for the Denza Brand. This role plays a critical part in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners to achieve the company's sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Country Manager to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at driving market share growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Business Growth: Manage business growth in an Omni-channel perspective with a B2B2C mindset. Responsible for the key sales metrics and KPIs of the region, collaborate with the dealers to achieve the agreed goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the dealers, key industry partners, and final users within the region. Conduct regular customer visits to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis, providing insights into market trends, sales performance, and challenges.
  • Market Development: Identify and develop new market segments and customer groups within the region in alignment with the company's overall business plan.
  • Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to organize customer events and promotional activities, increase the brand reputation and influence within the key industry partners.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead and develop the sales team, setting targets, and evaluating performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the car industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of the Swedish market, including customer preferences, distribution channels, and regulatory environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Strategic thinking and business acumen to develop effective sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Languages: Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal. Additional language skills are a plus.
