As a Sales Growth Manager at StartX AB, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and drive the growth of our clients and StartX in the Nordic market.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that facilitate the growth of our clients and StartX. This is a commission-based role with reimbursement directly tied to performance, making it an excellent opportunity for high-achieving sales professionals who thrive in a results-driven environment. With guidance from Co-Founders, there's also potential to grow into a Management position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive the growth of our clients and StartX.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and our network of partners to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of StartX.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales and lead generation, preferably within the business consultancy or international expansion sectors.
  • Students with an ambitious drive for business development are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of the Nordic business landscape and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
