Job Title: Nordic Sales and Marketing Lead, Consumer Care

Location: Stockholm, Sweden OR, Denmark, Copenhagen

Lead implementation of Sales & Marketing Management plans and manage activities concerned with business development, product/brand P&L, brand licensing, in line with business and financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies to support the Dermatological Skincare Brands - Cetaphil, Benzac, Curanail.

You will align with the company's overall goals and ensure it resonates with target consumers in the local Nordic markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of 3 direct reports, as well as the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Manage and inspire, fostering a culture of success and collaboration.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Design, implement, and control effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities to support growth.
  • Prepare Sales & Marketing plans and policies to analyze and report on the effectiveness of advertising and marketing campaigns to ensure optimum ROI.
  • Execute Sales & Marketing plans and policies related to planning, developing, and delivering the marketing strategy for products and its brands.
  • Influence pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market and maximize profitability.
  • Oversee budget management and resource allocation to optimize marketing spend.
  • Contribute to long-term business goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to increase loyalty and brand advocacy.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role, with a track record of leadership and success.
  • A strong, creative mindset, with the ability to design and execute innovative sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish – Additional Nordic language is a plus.
