Job Description:
As the Head of Industry for Nordics, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of some of the largest multinational retail and auto businesses based out of the region.
You will lead and manage a strategically focused/consultative sales team, focused on selling and scaling Meta's advertising and enterprise solutions.
You will have achieved success as a leader of change and operational excellence by introducing new performance measures, processes and systems.
Responsibilities:- Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management and growth goals across a diversified book of business.
- Possesses extensive experience as a marketer who has worked in a consultative or general management role and has advised or partnered with large advertisers, preferably within retail / e-Commerce, on developing their go-to-market strategy.
- Lead and coach a high performing team.
- Work cross-functionally with In-Market teams, Global Regions, Business Operations, Platform, Measurement/Metrics, and Product Marketing to optimize our client efforts.
- 10+ years of experience with digital media.
- 10+ years of experience with sales or marketing.
- 5+ years of experience as a people manager (or has experience managing project or workstreams with multiple stakeholders).
