About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Enterprise Sales Strategist to join our team in Sweden. As a key player in driving Sweden's transition to sustainable energy, you will be responsible for developing and executing a growth-focused sales strategy that builds strong relationships with corporate clients, rental, and taxi companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that maximizes business opportunities and drives repeat business.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, guiding and mentoring them to achieve their best performance.
- Manage corporate sales plans and brand standards, maintaining product knowledge and utilizing CRM systems and tools.
- Champion excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring Tesla brand standards and promoting best practices.
Requirements:
- Significant managerial experience in B2B or commercial sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and goals.
- Exceptional time management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and adhere to critical deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Passionate dedication and an ethical approach to sales management and operations.
- The ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a trusted partner.
- Solid knowledge of appropriate financial options and incentives.
- Fluency in both oral and written English and Swedish, and a valid driver's license.
