As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in Norway and collaborating closely with our expansion team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard and support customers to achieve maximum satisfaction and retention
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Provide second-line support to partners, ensuring prompt resolution of concerns
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer-centric strategies and processes
  • Structure your work efficiently and assist in refining our internal processes
  • Help customers leverage Mynt's full potential through training opportunities, integrations, and best practices

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or technical customer support within the SaaS industry
  • Background in the fintech or banking sector
  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English languages
  • Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration
