About the JobWe are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our Payments team in TN Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement payment solutions that meet their needs.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Work with business owners to understand their requirements and priorities.
- Contribute to shaping the strategy for building payment solutions.
- Support sales teams in understanding customer needs and developing tailored offerings.
- Collaborate with highly skilled payment experts to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the delivery of innovative payment solutions.
- Develop and implement enterprise solutions that consider multiple factors, including operational costs, security, and client experience.
- Lead workshops with business and technology stakeholders to review, develop, validate, and finalize requirements for the delivery of ISO compliance across the business.
- Pursue strategic solutions in collaboration with architects and delivery leads, requiring strong powers of influence, diplomacy, and pragmatism.
Requirements
- You have extensive experience working in payments, with a focus on the Nordic market.
- Strong understanding of payment processing, including transaction validation, limit checking, exchange rates, postings, account statements, and GL interactions.
- Technical expertise in areas such as XSD/XML, APIs, SQL, and back-office system interactions.
- Experience working with UML and/or BPMN.
- Certifications or experiences in ISO are required.
- Agile certifications are considered an advantage or at least experiences of working in an agile delivery.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with business stakeholders.
- Experiences of payment infrastructures such as TIPS, Target2, Euro1, Step2, RT1, Swift, and Nordic legacy infrastructures.
