About the Role

The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting Amazon's third-party sellers by providing leading-edge strategic consultancy and operational support. As a key member of the Seller Team, you will be responsible for managing and growing Amazon's Strategic Account Services program.

About the Team

The Seller Team is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that supports over 300 million customers shopping on Amazon every day. Our team provides data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to help our sellers achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic programs, identifying opportunities, assessing, and prioritizing based on metric goals, business needs, technical feasibility, and customer value.
  • Monitor progress against goals, anticipating risks, resolving issues, and initiating corrective action as needed.
  • Contribute to process and policy creation with partner teams.
  • Collaborate with program and business leaders to define program objectives, processes, and key opportunities.
About You
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Experience implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
