We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Key Account Manager to drive business growth in our Stockholm office.

This is a unique chance to join our high-performing team and contribute to the success of Kraft Heinz's Northern Europe business unit. As a strategic partner, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key customers, developing and executing customer strategies aligned with our growth objectives, and managing day-to-day interactions with these accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • P&L Ownership: You will be accountable for the profitability of a selected number of key Swedish customers, ensuring that their business needs are met while maximizing revenue growth.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key customers, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and supply functions to set and execute business plans, including demand planning, budgeting, and promotions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably facing Swedish grocery/retail customers.
  • Fluent Swedish and English language skills.
