About the Role

As a Senior Sales Executive, Baltics, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial success in the region by identifying, selling, and closing new business opportunities. You will be part of a dynamic, experienced, and inclusive team that is revolutionizing the payment landscape by unlocking Instant, Account-to-Account payments and payouts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a robust pipeline within your territory plan, engaging with relevant merchants and stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Leverage your professional and personal network to accelerate sales cycles and expand your reach.
  • Collaborate with our Head of North East & Central Europe and CCO to develop and execute a sales strategy that delivers new business within agreed timescales.
  • Pitch Brite's product portfolio, tailoring it to your prospects' needs and highlighting its unique value proposition.
  • Utilize our CRM tool (Salesforce) to accurately track and manage your opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional buying experiences to your prospects, embodying the challenger spirit of Brite through a high-integrity and open-availability approach.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate expertise in qualifying prospects and focusing time for maximum impact.
  • Explain how you can influence key stakeholders and execute an effective sales strategy.
  • Showcase your ability to communicate technical payment solutions to prospects and work a sales cycle from first contact to live.
