  • Reporting to the management team, the successful candidate will collaborate with teams across Teamtailor to drive business success.
  • The job requires working on multiple projects in parallel, requiring adaptability across multiple functions such as sales, marketing, product, and finance.

About You

  • Our ideal candidate has 2-6+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up / strategy consulting / investment banking) and a track record of being a top performer in multiple areas.
  • You should be a logical and structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • You should be able to break down complex challenges into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work.
  • You should be relentless in getting things done and operate fast.
  • You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A degree in finance, business, or engineering from a leading university is required.
