Global Hospitality Sales Representative

We are seeking a seasoned Travel Industry Account Manager to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and profitability for our hotel partners. Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability for our hotel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners to understand their business needs and goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Work closely with our revenue management team to optimize pricing and availability for our hotel partners.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive bookings and revenue for our hotel partners.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in a related field, such as account management or sales.
- Proficient in English and Swedish.
- Drive for Results.
- High impact personality: intellectual agility, entrepreneurship, empathy in relationship, team player.
- Hungry, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, and metrics-driven.
- Organization and time management skills, rigor, attention to details.
- Proven follow-up/persistence when facing challenging situations.
- Ability to multi-task effectively; must be able to change gears quickly without skipping a beat.
