Sales Development Representative to Leadoo

As an SDR (sales development representative), you'll play a key role in driving new business sales for Leadoo that is currently on an exciting journey of expanding in Sweden. You'll handle the initial phase of scouting the Swedish market, prospecting, pitching and booking meetings for the Account Executive in your team. You'll also collaborate with the marketing team developing relevant campaigns for your targeted clients, which will be mostly C-level executives.
The main responsibilities of this role will be:
Prospecting: Research and identify B2B companies in Sweden that can benefit from Leadoo's services. Engaging: Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone to start meaningful conversations and build rapport.
Maintenance: Maintain and manage your prospect pipeline using their CRM system (HubSpot)
You'll be collaborating with colleagues in both the Stockholm office located in central Södermalm and at other European offices.
Who you are
We think you could be a great match for the position if you have the following:
- At least a High School diploma
- Some previous experience in an SDR-role, preferably from a digital/tech-company
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong tech-interest
- You're enthusiastic, goal driven and organized
- You're comfortable with different types of outreach such as phone, email, video and Linkedin
- Experience with CRM and other sales automation / prospecting tools
