We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our Swedish Sales team. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with marketing and professional services teams. You will report to the Sales Director and play a key role in achieving the company's ambitious growth targets.

To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT or professional services industry. You should have a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing the sales process from initiation to closure, and understanding local market trends. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills are also essential. Fluency in both speech and writing in English and Swedish is required.
