About the Role

You will handle incoming inquiries, solve customers' technical questions, and provide consistent and efficient support to our customer base.

All candidates need to be fluent in both German and English.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing first-line technical support to international Quinyx customers via phone and email.
  2. Using troubleshooting experience and available resources to resolve customer issues.
  3. Reporting on and following up on any defects that are found.
  4. Escalating issues to R&D when necessary.
