As a First Line Customer Support Advisor, you'll be part of a talented team that's dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with internal departments to resolve issues and escalate them when necessary. We're looking for someone who can develop strong relationships with colleagues and communicate effectively at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries and solve technical questions for international Quinyx customers.
- Report on and follow up on any defects found.
- Escalate issues to RnD and Second Line when necessary.
- Support other parts of the organization with questions about Quinyx's products and customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working with Workforce Management software.
- Fluency in both German and English.
